If you send the order via e-mail, we will contact you within 24 hours.

After ordering from our online shop you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. This allows you to check that we have received your order and see the whole list of ordered items. We will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time, transport and payment method. Depending on the customers request we offer several delivery and payment options.

1. Delivery selection

You can choose between several delivery methods and decide which of our delivery services is right for you:

Pick-up – You be able to organize your goods picked up from our warehouse or have your own carrier company pick-up the goods on your behalf. Our customers are welcome to pick-up their ordered goods at our warehouse in Baden-Württemberg, where you can convince yourself of the quality, compare the different sizes, get all the answers and even “test” a hot tub. For the pick-up you need a trailer or truck depending on the size of a tub and straps to secure the load. We will prepare and load the goods for you free of charge.

Delivery– If you choose this delivery method we will order third party freight company to deliver your order. Freight companies usually provide curbside delivery only and your order will be sent to the address given by you in your order. With this delivery option we are not able to guarantee an exact delivery date and time. Deliveries are made on working days only (Monday to Friday) and experience has shown that delivery is normally within 5 – 10 working days from the time of shipment. The delivery location should be easily accessible for a large delivery vehichle. The goods are typically delivered with a big truck and without unloading. By agreement it is also possible to order smaller truck with a liftgate.

Sauneco Transport – We deliver the goods personally + one-hour advisory session. This delivery method is the most flexible. Choosing our service, the goods will be delivered by our team at the exact date you need or whenever it is suitable time for you, including early mornings, late nights and weekends. Our price includes tips for using a hot tub and a 1 hour consultation and instructions along with answers to all of your questions. As our hot tubs will be delivered with a smaller truck equipped with a liftgate, we also provide unloading for wooden hot tubs for up to 200 cm, unloading is included in the price. For a larger hot tubs it is necessary to organize a forklift, tractor, crane or some other machine to unload the hot tub. If really needed, it is possible to unload the hot tub with 5-6 strong men as well.

2. Delivery time selection

1. When you choose „Sauneco Transport“ method you have the possibility to plan the exact delivery date and time in order to organize a crane, throw a surprise birthday party for someone etc. Once your order is placed we will contact you and confirm the exact delivery time.

2. When you choose „Delivery“ method we can inform you about the approximate delivery time within 1-2 working days. Everything else depends on the shipping company.

3. When you choose to pick-up the goods yourself, we can also agree the exact date and time for pick-up. You can pick-up your order even on the evenings or weekends.

3. Payment methods

You can choose from various payment methods:

Cash on delivery – a convenient way to pay for your purchase at the time of delivery. This option is valid for „Pick-up“ or „Sauneco Transport“ only.
Bank transfer – Once you’ve chosen bank transfer prepay as your payment method , we require a minimum prepayment of 30% of the total price and the remaining payment after the delivery.
Credit card payment – You can sign up directly on our website and make payment with your credit card. After your order you will be automatically redirected to a secure area and can enter your credit card information safe and pay your order immediately.
PayPal – PayPal is the safer and easier way to pay online. After a successful order, you will be redirected to PayPal. There you can log in using your existing Login Data, or create a new account to pay by direct debit or credit card.

4. Payment notification

After your payment by credit card, Pay Pal or bank transfer you will receive a payment notification email. After we have received your payment you will also receive an e-mail receipt verifying your purchase.

5. Delivery or pick-up confirmation

Once your order is ready for pick-up or prepared for delivery you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

6. Expected delivery time

When you choose „Sauneco Transport“ method, we will contact you by phone or e-mail to specify an exact delivery time.

7. Delivery specification

If you have chosen the „Delivery“ delivery option, the goods are typically delivered with a big truck and the delivery location should be easily accessible for a large delivery vehichle.

If you have chosen the „Sauneco Transport“ delivery option, the hot tubs will be delivered with a smaller truck equipped with a liftgate, we also provide unloading for wooden hot tubs for up to 5.65 ft (200 cm). This option allows to deliver the hot tubs even into some places, where third party logistics companies refuse to provide their services. In case of need, all the specifications regarding delivery should be send to us in written form via e-mail.

8. Unloading the hot tub

Freight companies usually provide curbside delivery only and your order will be sent to the address given by you in your order. The goods are typically delivered with a big truck (LKW).

If you choose our (Sauneco Transport), the wooden hot tub spa will be delivered with a smaller truck equipped with a liftgate, we also provide unloading for wooden hot tubs for up to 6.56 ft (200 cm), which is included in the price. For a larger hot tubs it is necessary to organize a forklift, tractor, crane or some other machine to unload the hot tub.

9. First set up and preparation

Setting up your new wooden bath barrel is easier than you think and it takes only a few minutes before you can start to use your hot tub. A detailed guide on how to properly set up your bath barrel is included.

10. Useful tips & advice

If you have purchased a wooden bath barrel and start to use it, you will probably have some technical and practical questions to ask. A detailed manual comes along with our bath barrel, where you can hopefully find the answers to all of your questions. Your order contains also Warranty documents pertaining to your purchase, assembly and use instructions and a CD with videos that show how to use your wooden bath barrel.

* First Bath
You can start enjoying your wooden hot tub spa right away. Please note that your wooden bath barrel may leak a bit in the beginning. This is normal and only temporary. Just fill the barrel with water and allow it to soak until the wood swells tight. For more information please see wooden hot tub guidance.
