Pickup:

  1. In case of pickup we will prepare all the necessary customs papers required on exports of goods to non-EU countries.
  2. Paperwork preparation takes usually 1 business day and costs 25.- €
  3. At first you pay entire purchase price including 20% VAT.
  4. You declare the goods by submitting a customs declaration on EU border.
  5. After you have activated the export declaration, we will pay 20% VAT back to your bank account within 2 working days. When exactly you receive the money depends on your issuing bank.
