How Family Hot Tub Barrel works?
The bathing barrel is heated with wood and doesn’t consume electricity.
Water in the barrel circulates under the impact of gravity. Depending on the weather and the size of the barrel it takes around 2-4 hours to heat the water to 38 degrees. It feels good to submerge into cool water under the hot sun in summer, while in winter it is a real pleasure to enjoy hot water.

Our Wood-fired hot tubs are made of high quality dried wood only (spruce, larch or thermo). This ensures that the water is absorbed by the wood, that the wood swells and the wooden hot tub remains 100% water-tight. Side and floor boards are chosen very carefully and they have no through knotholes or cracks.
All the furnaces that we use in our wooden hot tubs are made of high quality marine aluminum. The advantage of the aluminum furnace is that it has better thermal conductivity, which saves you both time and heating material.
The material is 3 mm thick, which is two times more than in case of regular furnaces made of stainless steel. And of course, aluminum furnace is 30% lighter. Aluminum furnaces have longer useful life than furnaces made of stainless steel.
The aluminium heaters retain their shape for a long time. Heaters made from thin stainless steel may become crooked. High-quality MIG welding ensures the perfect end result. We check and test impermeability of all welded seams.

Spruce grows in whole Europe. Spruce wood from Scandinavia is called Nordic Spruce in the trade.
Spruce wood coming from northern growing areas is the most upmarket spruce wood because it has a finer wavy grain. Spruce wood is softer and of medium-weight.
Spruce wood is not a long-lasting natural wood: i.e. it is not very weatherproof unless it is kept up or shielded.
Spruce is an important timber, the wood being used for general construction and paper making. The leaves are used to make spruce beer.
With its strength, flexibility and natural good looks, spruce is a great choice for wood siding. It also takes very well to wood treatments.
The wood is white, light, and soft; it is used in construction, in paper production, and for making musical instruments. The wood yields tar, pitch, turpentine, rosin, wood vinegar, and tanning substances. Spruce trees are usually cultivated in parks and planted in forest zones and along railroads and roadways.

Initially, I had a few questions, which were all answered very quickly, the same day, and to my complete satisfaction.. I could tell how efficient your Company was, which gave me complete confidence in placing an order with you, even with a fairly large amount of money involved. You were kind enough, also to allow me to pay an initial 10% deposit, with the balance payable on delivery..I also needed the Hot Tub delivered to Portugal, which I discovered would be no problem, even though the overall distance was many hundreds of kilometers..
I was pleasantly surprised and happy to receive my Hot Tub in less than 2 weeks from the order date, which I thought was very fast indeed, and I need to compliment you on this, in particular.. The Hot Tub, with all the extras, which I had ordered, arrived safely and in good condition, even though it was a very large item, and very heavy.. Your staff had done a very good job of packing everything carefully and safely.. well done, again..
